Gallery 145 block design & features
Gallery145 is a centred shadcn/ui carousel with two linked rows. A plain heading and one line sit above a row of wide landscape photos, and a second row of smaller portrait detail shots overlaps its lower edge, offset to the right. A title for the current pair sits below between two round arrow buttons.
Both rows share one position. Dragging either row, a horizontal wheel or trackpad swipe, the arrow keys or the buttons move the wide row one way and the detail row the other way at about a third of the speed, so the two shear past each other mid move and snap back into line with the matching pair together. Drags carry momentum and settle on the nearest pair, both rows loop endlessly, and the carousel advances on its own every few seconds unless it is hovered, focused or just used. The title cross-fades with each stop.
It suits architects, interior studios, makers and travel brands that want to pair a wide establishing shot with a close look at materials or detail. Each pair needs a wide photo, a detail photo and a short title.
