Gallery 139 block design & features
Gallery139 is a scroll-driven project index built with shadcn/ui. The section pins to the viewport and fills it with one large rounded frame, so each project gets the whole screen in turn. The project name sits underneath in large type with its city and year on the right, and a column of small thumbnails runs down the right edge of the frame, moving to a centred row along the bottom on phones.
Scrolling down lifts the next photo up from the bottom edge of the frame while it settles from a slight zoom, and the photo it covers drifts upward a little. The title and the city line roll up with the same motion, and each project holds still for a moment before the next one starts. Scrolling back up plays everything in reverse. The current thumbnail is outlined, and clicking any thumbnail scrolls the page straight to that project. With reduced motion the photos crossfade instead.
The full-frame layout suits architecture and interior studios, agencies or photographers who want a handful of projects to be seen one at a time. It needs a landscape photo, a name, a place and a year for each project.
