Gallery 108 block design & features
Gallery108 is a shadcn/ui gallery that sets a left-aligned heading and description above a four column grid of portrait architecture photos, two columns on small screens. Below the grid, a ruled caption row shows the title, location and position of the photo in focus.
Only one photo is ever sharp. Pointing at a photo pulls it into focus while every other photo softens with a blur and fades back, like racking focus on a lens. Clicking a photo keeps it in focus once the pointer leaves the grid, and tabbing through the photos moves focus the same way. The caption follows whichever photo is sharp.
The look is calm and editorial, with motion coming only from blur and opacity, not from moving or scaling the images. It suits a portfolio, a property set or any series where people compare a handful of shots. It needs a photo, a title and a location for each item.
