Feedback 4 block design & features
Feedback4 is an experience rating form built with shadcn/ui in a bottom drawer. It collects a star rating, collapsible topic checkboxes, optional name and email fields, and tooltips that explain each feedback criterion before submit.
Bottom-drawer presentation suited to mobile-first interruption. Tooltips clarify criteria without permanent helper text. Collapsible details keep the first view focused on the star score.
A moderate feedback pattern with more guidance than a bare rating dialog. Light content needs beyond criterion labels and tooltip copy. Distinctive for combining tooltips with optional contact capture in a drawer.
The drawer rises from the bottom on all breakpoints, keeping the page context partially visible behind the form.
