Faq 17 block design & features
Faq17 combines identity, outreach, and support content in one Shadcn UI section: a left rail shows a square avatar, name, role, and a contact card with heading, explanatory copy, and a text link paired with an external-link icon. The wider column hosts a large accordion list with paragraph answers under each question trigger.
The grid uses asymmetric proportions on large breakpoints so the FAQ can consume more horizontal space while the profile stack stays compact. Surfaces are flat with subtle borders, standard muted body copy, and accordion chevrons that rotate on open. The external link treatment signals that help can continue beyond the FAQ text.
This block is relatively elaborate because you must coordinate portrait assets, contact messaging, link targets, and a deep FAQ array. It shines when you want a human face next to self-serve answers. Plan for real profile metadata, CTA strings, href values, and long-form answers that match your voice.
On small screens the profile and contact stack above the accordion, preserving narrative order while keeping triggers full width for touch use.
