Download 8 block design & features
Download8 is a vertically centered download hub built with shadcn/ui buttons and a square centerpiece card with a moving glare highlight. Above the matrix, a fixed-aspect square holds a brand or product image, then a large semibold product name. Below that sits a full-width primary “Download (Auto Detect)” control with an icon, a small muted “last updated” date string, and a constrained list block.
The list is a rounded, bordered stack divided into horizontal rows. Each row is a two-column grid: a left platform label and a right column of small outline buttons. Each button pairs an icon with a human-readable download type (store, installer, archive, and similar). Icons come from common platform sets so Windows, Apple, Linux, and Android families read quickly.
Visually the block leans glossy and product-page: the glare card, saturated primary fill behind the artwork, and dense small actions give it more polish than a plain link list. Complexity is moderate with a mix of decorative framing for the hero visual and structured data for the download table. You will replace the center image, title string, date text, and the per-platform button rows.
The table stays narrow and centered; on small screens the two-column row layout still applies inside each strip, so text and buttons wrap within the card rather than spanning edge to edge.
