Coverflow 7 block design & features
Coverflow7 is a record crate rendered as a cover flow in shadcn/ui. A left-aligned heading and description sit above a row of square sleeves. The selected sleeve moves to the front, and a black vinyl record slides out from behind it to the right, spinning with the cover art repeated as its center label. A title, artist, and year sit under the row with skip back, play and pause, and skip forward controls.
The sleeves have a faint glossy sheen and deep shadows, and the record shows fine concentric grooves. The disc slides out on a soft spring, and pausing stops the spin.
The block is playful and nostalgic, with a strong music-store character. The loop wraps in both directions and clicking a side sleeve brings it forward. It needs square cover images plus a title, artist, and year for each record.
