Coverflow 36 block design & features
Coverflow36 is a picker-driven photo viewer built with shadcn/ui and motion, shown here as nine interiors from a design studio. On the left, under the heading, a drum of room names curves away from a highlighted selection band, each row showing a mono room number, the room name and the city, and fading out toward the top and bottom edges. On the right a large rounded portrait frame holds the photos, with the room name, city, materials and a mono counter over the bottom.
The drum behaves like a native wheel picker. Dragging it vertically moves it with your finger, keeps going with inertia on release and snaps to the nearest row. Like a real picker it loops, so the last room rolls straight on to the first. The scroll wheel and the arrow, Page Up, Page Down, Home and End keys move it too, and clicking any visible name turns it to that row. The photo frame is tied to the drum's exact position, so mid-turn the outgoing and incoming photos blend and drift slightly rather than switching in one step.
The look is precise and quiet, with the photography doing most of the work. It suits interior designers, hotels, property listings and furniture brands where people browse a list by name. It needs a portrait photo, a name, a place and a short detail line for each room.
