Coverflow 24 block design & features
Coverflow24 is a photography cover flow built with shadcn/ui and Motion. A centered heading and description sit above a row of portrait photographs. The focused frame faces the viewer with a small expand badge in its corner, while the frames either side turn away in 3D and fade toward the background. The title and caption of the current photo sit underneath.
Clicking the front photo grows it out of the row into a full-screen lightbox, using a shared layout animation so the image visibly travels from the card to the center of the screen. Inside the lightbox, round arrow buttons and the arrow keys move through the set with a soft crossfade, and a mono counter keeps track. Closing with the button, the backdrop, or Escape shrinks the image back into the cover flow, which has already moved to the photo you stopped on.
It suits photographers, studios, and portfolios where the images deserve a closer look. It needs a set of portrait photographs with a title and caption for each.
