Coverflow 19 block design & features
Coverflow19 adds depth inside the front card of a cover flow. In this shadcn/ui block, a centered heading and description sit above a row of portrait photographs, with outline arrow buttons and a stretching dot indicator below. Side cards turn away and darken, while the front card shows an edition badge in its top corner and a frosted caption panel with the name, city, and architect along its bottom.
Moving the pointer over the front card tilts it toward the cursor on a spring, and a soft highlight follows the pointer across the image. The badge and caption sit on separate layers in front of the photo, so they shift against it as the card tilts and the card reads as a physical object.
The effect is premium and tactile, well suited to art prints, collectibles, or architecture. It is moderately complex and image-driven, needing a portrait photograph plus a name, city, and credit for each item.
