CookieBanner8 is an advanced fixed bottom cookie bar built with shadcn/ui Button and Switch. The collapsed row offers reject, customize, and accept all; opening customize slides a category switch list up from the bar with a short height animation.
The collapsed strip is a thin card with a top border. Expanded, category rows stack above the actions with labeled switches. Essential categories stay locked so they cannot be turned off.
This is a moderate, in-place preference panel rather than a separate dialog. Content needs a consent message plus named cookie categories with locked or optional state.
