CookieBanner2 is a fixed bottom cookie bar built with shadcn/ui Button. A short title and muted supporting line include an underlined privacy link, with reject and accept actions on the trailing edge.
There is no customize or manage control. The shell uses a light shadow so it reads as a raised utility strip rather than page content.
Complexity stays low and content-driven.
