CookieBanner16 is a mega fixed bottom cookie panel built with shadcn/ui Switch, Separator, and Button. A two-column layout shows summary copy and a live optional count beside always-visible category switches.
The left column holds the heading, policy line, and a running count of optional categories. The right column lists switches with a vertical separator between the panes. On small screens the columns stack.
This is a high-complexity bottom sheet that reads like a compact settings drawer. Content needs summary copy plus named categories so the live count has something to tally.
