CookieBanner14 is a mega fixed bottom cookie panel built with Shadcn UI Switch, Separator, and Button. Category switches are visible immediately, with reject optional, accept all, and save actions below.
The panel is a full-width card with a top border. Category rows sit in a stacked list above a separator, then a row of bulk actions. Switches use the default control treatment with locked rows for required groups.
This is a moderate, preference-first sheet rather than a one-line consent bar. Content needs a heading, short policy copy, and named cookie categories with locked or optional state.
