CookieBanner1 is a simple fixed bottom cookie bar built with Shadcn UI Button. A single muted consent line sits beside outline reject and solid accept actions on a card strip with a top border.
There is no manage or customize path. The row stacks on small screens and becomes a horizontal split on wider viewports.
Complexity is low. Props cover the message and two action labels, with local visibility state for dismissal.
