Contact 47 block design & features
The block turns a contact form into a conversation. A chat window with an agent avatar and online dot asks one question at a time in left-aligned bubbles, and the visitor's answers appear as right-aligned bubbles in the foreground colour.
The visitor replies in a rounded input at the bottom. Questions can offer quick-reply chips or a Skip option, the email step is validated before moving on, and earlier answers are woven into later prompts.
A typing indicator appears before each message unless the visitor prefers reduced motion, in which case messages appear instantly. The final message confirms where the reply will go, followed by a delivered note and a button to start again.
On mobile the chat window stacks below the heading and contact details and keeps a fixed height so the input stays in view.
