The block breaks a project enquiry into three steps: who, what and when. A vertical step list on the left shows completed, current and upcoming steps, and a progress bar at the top of the form card fills as the visitor moves forward.
Step one asks for a name, email and optional company. Step two uses multi-select service toggles, a budget picker and a details field, and step three asks for a timeline and an optional start date. Each step is validated before the next one opens, with inline messages for the toggle groups.
Back and Next buttons move between steps without losing answers. Sending the enquiry shows a confirmation with a full summary of everything the visitor entered and an option to start over.
On mobile the step list hides and the card's header carries the step count and progress on its own.
