Careers 1 block design & features
Careers1 is a department-first job list built with shadcn/ui props for the title, multi-paragraph description, and an array of departments each containing roles with links. The layout stacks a large page title, muted intro copy, then repeating department headers over bordered lists where each row is a full-width link with an ArrowRight that slides in on hover.
Surfaces stay flat with divider lines between roles and no cards, so the page reads like a directory rather than a marketing band. Motion is limited to the row hover affordance.
This block is intentionally simple: text and links only, easy to drive from CMS data. It fits teams that want minimal chrome and strong typographic hierarchy between departments.
The description area accepts line breaks so you can show two or three short paragraphs under the main heading before the listings start.
