Description of the Banner 7 block design & features
Banner7 is a thin utility banner built with Shadcn UI Separator and ghost icon dismissal, stretching edge to edge with a pronounced primary top border on muted fill. The message sits left-weighted on small screens with an inline underlined “Learn more” affordance, while wider breakpoints center the copy block and expose a vertical divider feeding a separate link row with a trailing arrow that nudges on hover.
Surface-wise it relies on hairline structure instead of heavy cards: slim typography, separator tinted toward primary, and minimal chrome aside from the thick accent stroke along the top edge.
The aesthetic reads institutional and calm: good for product announcements that should feel authoritative rather than playful.
Closing removes the row outright from local state; responsive differences only rearrange where the secondary link appears, not the overall hierarchy.
