Banner 25 block design & features
Banner25 is a centered floating pill announcement built with Lucide's ArrowRight icon and shadcn/ui theme tokens. A compact horizontal capsule sits in a padded full-width section and combines a small status dot, a single release message, and an inline changelog link that opens the configured URL.
Visually the shell uses a card surface, hairline border, and soft shadow that deepens slightly on hover, while the status indicator fills with the chart-2 token and the link row adopts primary text. The arrow shifts a fraction on group hover to reinforce the click target without adding extra chrome.
The pattern reads as a lightweight product changelog chip rather than a full-width bar: minimal, modern, and low complexity, with props limited to message, link label, and URL.
