Banner 19 block design & features
Banner19 is a full-width card-surface strip built with shadcn/ui theme tokens. The left cluster pairs a soft primary icon well, a filled New badge, and a short announcement sentence. The right side stacks three overlapping circular avatars beside a primary text link with a trailing arrow.
Surfaces stay flat with a bottom hairline border and compact padding. Avatars use a double card-border ring so they sit cleanly on the strip. Typography stays small and balanced between badge weight and body copy, with no motion beyond link underline on hover.
The mood is friendly product-release messaging with light social proof. Complexity is low and mixed: short copy plus three avatar images. It is a common announcement pattern with the avatar stack as the distinctive detail.
