Banner 14 block design & features
Banner14 is a floating status notice built with Shadcn UI Button, framed as a bordered card with soft shadow rather than an edge-to-edge strip. A primary status dot sits in a muted circle beside a title line, muted last-checked copy, an underlined dashboard link, and a ghost dismiss control with arrow.
Depth comes from the card border and shadow, while color stays quiet: primary for the live indicator and muted text for secondary detail. Layout stays single-row with generous horizontal padding inside a max-width shell.
The aesthetic is operational and product-like - closer to an incident or uptime toast than a marketing promo. Complexity is simple and content-driven; dismiss removes the card via local state for the session.
