Banner 10 block design & features
Banner10 is a full-width muted announcement strip built with Shadcn UI Button for dismissal, centering a bold release title beside quieter supporting copy. A circular ghost icon button sits absolutely on the right edge and unmounts the banner for the session when pressed.
Surface treatment is flat muted fill without borders or shadows, keeping hierarchy in typography alone. Spacing is tight and the dismiss control stays visually quiet until hover.
Overall tone is product-changelog calm rather than promotional. Complexity stays simple and content-driven: title, description, and an optional default visibility flag are enough to ship a release note bar.
