Awards 5 block design & features
Awards5 splits the section into a narrow sticky column with an uppercase awards label and a wider interactive canvas, using shadcn/ui-style spacing inside a serif-tuned container. Each honor is a full-width row with a large title, a Roman-numeral-style superscript marker, and a small “Verify Award” text link on the opposite side, separated by bottom borders. The list listens to pointer movement so a square image preview tracks near the cursor while you explore rows.
Built as a client component, it uses springs for horizontal and vertical position, scale, and opacity so the preview eases in on pointer enter and eases out on leave. Preview imagery swaps based on which row is active, while the border box around the image reads almost like a print contact sheet.
This is a distinctive, motion-heavy take on credentials: more gallery opening than spreadsheet. Expect higher implementation and content cost because you need paired title strings, optional links, and a photo per entry to get the intended effect.
The grid stacks on small screens like Awards2-style patterns, while the preview overlay remains tied to pointer position whenever the list is hovered.
