Awards 23 block design & features
Awards23 is an interactive awards field built with shadcn/ui. Under the heading, a row of tabs filters by placing (All, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Shortlist), each with a count. Below, every award is a laurel with its placing inside and the year underneath, newest first.
Filtering fades the laurels that do not match rather than removing them, so the field keeps its shape and the proportion of each placing is easy to see. Hovering or selecting a laurel shows it in a sticky panel with a large laurel, the award title, the issuer, and the year.
Laurels are filled for first place and outline for the rest, and invert in dark mode. There is no photography. It needs up to twenty-four awards, each with a placing, an issuer, a title, and a year. On small screens the field drops to four columns and the panel sits below it.
