Awards 22 block design & features
Awards22 is an interactive awards history built with shadcn/ui. A sticky column on the left holds the heading, description, and a small legend for filled and outline laurels. On the right, each year is a ruled row with the year in monospace, a shelf of laurels, a line that runs to the edge, and the award count.
Busy years run longer, so the list reads as a sideways bar chart at a glance. Opening a year expands the row with a smooth height transition and lists each award with its placing, title, and issuer. Only one year is open at a time, and empty years stay on the list but cannot be opened.
Laurels are filled for first place and outline for the rest; they are monochrome SVGs that invert in dark mode. It needs up to eight years, each with zero to six awards that have a placing, an issuer, and a title. On small screens the header stacks above the list and the issuer drops under the title.
