Awards 21 block design & features
Awards21 is an interactive awards chart built with shadcn/ui. The heading sits beside a description and a running count of placings and first places. Below it, each festival gets a lane led by its monochrome logo, and each year gets a column with a monospace label.
Wherever a festival placed in a year, a laurel sits on the lane line with the placing inside: filled for first place, outline for the rest. Empty cells show a small dot so the grid stays readable. Selecting a laurel rings it, lights its logo and year column, and the panel below shows a large laurel, the festival, the award title, and the year in big tabular type.
There is no photography; laurels and logos are monochrome SVGs that invert in dark mode. It needs a run of up to eight years and up to six festivals, each with a logo and a few entries that have a year, a placing, and a title. On small screens the chart scrolls sideways.
