Issue Kanban 2 block design & features
IssueKanban2 is a project board built with shadcn/ui Dropdown Menu and Sheet. It uses the same status columns as the plain board, and adds a stats row for total, active, blocked, assigned, and completed issues. Those counts follow the statuses currently visible.
Columns still accept a drag from another status, and New issue still opens the create sheet.
This is the board with a summary. The stats row is the distinctive addition. Content-driven: it needs the same issue fields, plus a blocked flag so the blocked count is real.
On a narrow screen the stats wrap and the columns scroll sideways.
